All Web Sites are designed to be search engine friendly (SEO or Search Engine Optimization, the process of improving the visibility of a Web Site), following the Web standards of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
As well as being search engine friendly, all Web Sites design are cross browser compatible, and are tested in all major browsers: IE 7to9, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Opera.
Lorenzo WebSite Design is run solely by Self-Employed and Freelancer web designer Lorenzo Cubeddu, from his home Studio and Office dedicated space, giving customers advantages over the bigger web design agencies, as you only deal with one person, and no extra costs for staff and premises.
About me
Lorenzo Cubeddu is Adobe Certified Associate, competent in the use of Adobe Dreamweaver (Web Design software), Adobe Photoshop (Image Editing software), and Adobe Flash Professional (Multimedia and Animation software).
Some other areas of skills include competency with XHTML (Extensible Hypertext Markup Language), to provide the structure of web pages, and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), to control the layout and look of web pages.
Background
I have been living in Ireland for the last 15 years, happily married for 13 of them to an Irish girl, moved from London, where I lived and worked for 3 years studying the English language to an Advanced English Certificate - Cambridge Level.
I have travelled the world, living and working in different places like Bruxelles Belgium, Barbados the Caribbean, Fuerteventura Canary Islands Spain, Milan and Florence Italy, Antibes and Ardres France, Birmingham and the Isle of White UK.
I worked in the Catering Industry for a number of years, holding the position of Restaurant Manager in restaurants in Italy, England and Ireland, also running a business in Sardinia, Italy.
The love of the ocean has always been my main inspiration for creativity, and this drew me to windsurfing and sailing, and through this I became a Windsurf/Dinghy Instructor. One exciting voyage I had was when I was a professional crew member of a 74ft Brigantin Schooner, sailing from Falmouth, Cornwall England, to Madeira, and to Tenerife in the Canary Islands.
